ARMASUISSE and RUAG rely on HEIM DATaRec® products
The Swiss Airforce “ARMASUISSE” and the Swiss system supplier “RUAG” decided to use the HEIM DATaRec® D-Series of ZODIAC Data Systems GmbH to test pursuit planes and helicopters.
D-Series mainframes with a fast data transfer rate, HEIM DATaRec® Solid State recording medium and appropriate HEIM modules will all be used in flight-test for data acquisition.
The recorded data will then be evaluated and analyzed using the ground station HEIM GSR or the LAN compatible replay unit HEIM W20f.
Through using the same modules that were used for data acquisition in the HEIM GSR, a so-called real-time-replay of the data can be performed.
Furthermore, flight tests with the F/A 18 will be evaluated and analyzed in the air by D-Series and on the ground by HEIM GSR.
