With that the HEIM DATaRec® series products can be put into use in various applications and settings.
The underlying idea of all HEIM DATaRec® equipment is the modular design which allows the user to adjust to changed testing conditions with just a few hand movements.
 

• Flight Test Application:
  Recordings are done during flight tests in civilian as well as in military flight devices to be processed and read at a later point in time.
  Thereby analogue signals, video as well as different bus systems are stored with highly precise time correlations.
  The HEIM DATaRec® devices of the D-series D20fe/D120f/D200, the D5000 and - brand new – in the MDR are utilized in this field of application.
  
• Ground Station Application:
  The 19 inch products of the ZODIAC Data Systems GmbH can cover the complete data recording in ground stations or in laboratories as well as be utilized for the reproduction of data that was recorded during flight tests or in mobile operations.
  GSR, GSS and the GSSr, which is the most current development, are available for the ground station applications.
• NVH-Application (Noise Vibration Harshness):
  Highly precise signal conditioning for voltage, strain, charge, acceleration and vibration in this application field is available from ZODIAC Data Systems GmbH.
  With this equipment data can be obtained for modal analysis as well as data for acoustic cameras.
  The HEIM DATaRec® 4 product series allegorizes a multi-channel, modular data recording system for the diverse applications and uses in the field of measurement technology.
